1. General principles
These Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the House Rules) apply to all users of WorkVibe services, including their employees, clients, and guests who are present in WorkVibe premises, the building at Rüütli 23, Pärnu, or its surrounding territory.
The service user is jointly and severally liable for the behaviour of persons associated with them and for any damage caused by such persons to WorkVibe or to third parties, if the responsible individual cannot be separately identified.
2. Premises and access
WorkVibe provides workspace, office, and meeting room facilities at Rüütli 23, Pärnu (ground floor).
- Standard opening hours are working days from 9:00 to 17:30, unless agreed otherwise.
- Access outside standard hours (24/7) is available only based on the relevant service or prior agreement.
- Access to the premises is provided via an electronic access system (code, mobile application, etc.).
The right to use the premises applies only to persons who have purchased the relevant service or have a prior agreement with WorkVibe. Access credentials must not be shared with third parties.
3. Use of premises
- The premises may be used solely for work, meetings, and training activities.
- The kitchen area is intended for food preparation, dining, and small meetings.
- Events or any use outside normal activities must be agreed in advance with WorkVibe.
- Outside standard opening hours, the premises may be used only for work purposes, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Meeting rooms and guests
- Meeting rooms may be used according to the booking or agreement.
- Users are requested to comply with the agreed booking time.
- If a booking is no longer required, it should be cancelled as soon as possible.
- The use of meeting and conference rooms is permitted for up to five (5) persons, unless agreed otherwise.
Service users may meet with their guests; however, guests must not be left in the premises without the presence of the service user and must not be granted the right to use WorkVibe premises as a workplace.
5. Behaviour and order
- Users are requested to be considerate of others and to avoid causing disturbances.
- Phone calls and online meetings should preferably take place in meeting rooms or phone booths.
- After use, workspaces and shared areas must be left tidy.
- Users are requested to remain in the premises without outdoor footwear, using indoor shoes or being in socks.
- Dirty dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher.
6. Events and special use
- The organisation of events, training sessions, and larger meetings is permitted only with prior agreement with WorkVibe.
- Any activity deviating from normal use must be agreed in advance with WorkVibe.
- Using WorkVibe premises as a company’s registered address is permitted only by prior agreement.
7. Prohibitions and restrictions
- Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in its immediate vicinity.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in exceptional cases and by prior agreement, provided it does not disturb other users.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics within WorkVibe premises or territory is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are allowed only by prior agreement.
8. Internet and equipment
- Separate Wi-Fi networks are available for service users and guests.
- Use of the internet and technical equipment is at the service user’s own responsibility.
9. Property and liability
- WorkVibe property must be used in a responsible and careful manner.
- The service user is required to compensate for any damage caused to WorkVibe or third parties.
- Moving furniture, installing advertisements, or modifying the premises is permitted only with prior approval.
- WorkVibe is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings, work equipment, or devices.
10. Safety and fire safety
- The last person leaving must ensure that lights are switched off and doors and windows are closed.
- Evacuation routes must always be kept clear and safety signage must be followed.
- In the event of a fire or other emergency, the building must be evacuated immediately using either the main entrance or the kitchen exit.
- A fire extinguisher is located next to the kitchen door and may be used for initial fire suppression if it is safe to do so.
- In emergency situations, follow the instructions displayed in the building and contact emergency services by calling 112 if necessary.
11. Violations and amendments
In the event of a violation of these House Rules, WorkVibe has the right to restrict or terminate access to the premises and to apply remedies provided by law.
WorkVibe reserves the right to amend these House Rules by notifying users within a reasonable time.
