These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by WorkVibe Coworking OÜ (hereinafter WorkVibe or we) through the website workvibe.ee and within WorkVibe premises.

By using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of services

WorkVibe provides coworking services, including:

  • rental of workspaces and premises (including day passes, monthly packages, and dedicated desks),
  • rental and use of meeting and seminar rooms,
  • additional services in accordance with the applicable price list.

The exact content and duration of the services depend on the booking or the selected package.

2. Bookings and payments

  • Services can be booked via the website, email, or other channels approved by WorkVibe.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Prices are published on the website and may be subject to change.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.

3. Cancellation and refunds

One-time bookings (such as day passes or room rentals) may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start of the booking.

In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, WorkVibe has the right not to refund the booking fee, unless agreed otherwise.

If WorkVibe has incurred costs related to the booking (for example, catering orders or other expenses that cannot be cancelled or refunded), WorkVibe has the right to request reimbursement of such costs in their actual amount.

The termination conditions for monthly packages and ongoing services are set out in the relevant package description or membership agreement.

No refunds are provided for services that have already been used, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Use of premises and house rules

  • The user undertakes to use WorkVibe premises in a responsible manner and to comply with the applicable house rules.
  • The user is responsible for their own behaviour and for the behaviour of their guests.
  • WorkVibe has the right to restrict or terminate access to the premises if these Terms and Conditions or the house rules are violated.
  • A day pass and a 10-visit card are valid for one person only. Each individual using WorkVibe premises must have a valid day pass, 10-visit card, or other applicable service. Sharing a day pass or a 10-visit card between multiple persons is not permitted, unless agreed otherwise.
  • The use of meeting and conference rooms is permitted for up to five (5) persons, unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.
    Day passes, 10-visit cards, and meeting room bookings are valid during standard opening hours on working days from 9:00 to 17:30, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

  • WorkVibe is not responsible for the loss of or damage to the user’s personal belongings, except as required by law.
  • WorkVibe’s liability is limited to direct financial damage to the extent permitted by Estonian law.
  • WorkVibe is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third parties.
  • The purchaser of the service is jointly and severally liable for the actions and behaviour of persons whom they have allowed or accompanied into WorkVibe premises, including any damage, violations of rules, or other harm caused to WorkVibe or third parties.

6. Termination of services

WorkVibe has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services if:

  • continuation of the service is not reasonably possible,
  • the user violates these Terms and Conditions or the house rules,
  • payment obligations are not fulfilled.

7. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with WorkVibe’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website workvibe.ee.

9. Amendments

WorkVibe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
The current version is always available on the website.
