Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of services provided by WorkVibe Coworking OÜ (registration no: 16942980, hereinafter WorkVibe) through the website workvibe.ee and in WorkVibe premises at Rüütli 23, 80011 Pärnu, Estonia.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian), that you have read these terms and agree to them.
1. Scope of Services
WorkVibe provides coworking services, including:
- rental of workspaces and offices (incl. day passes, monthly packages, dedicated desks)
- rental of meeting and seminar rooms
- additional services in accordance with the current price list
2. Booking and Payments
- Services are booked through the website, by email or via other channels permitted by WorkVibe.
- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are published on the website and are subject to change. Existing clients will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
One-time bookings may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start for a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows: WorkVibe reserves the right not to refund the booking fee.
If WorkVibe cancels a booking on its own initiative (except force majeure), a full refund will be issued.
Monthly packages may be terminated subject to 1 month notice.
No refunds for services already used, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Use of Premises and House Rules
- The user undertakes to use WorkVibe premises with due care and comply with the House Rules.
- Access credentials must not be shared with third parties.
- The user is responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests.
- WorkVibe reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if rules are violated.
- Day passes and 10-visit cards are valid for one person only.
- Meeting room access is valid for up to five (5) persons, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
- WorkVibe is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings, except where caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
- WorkVibe liability is limited to direct material damages and shall not exceed the booking fee.
- WorkVibe is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
- The service purchaser is jointly liable for the actions of persons they admit to WorkVibe premises.
6. Termination of Service
WorkVibe may terminate or suspend services if:
- continuation is not possible for reasonable grounds
- the user violates these Terms of Use or the House Rules
- payment obligations are not fulfilled
In the event of payment default, WorkVibe may suspend the service after a written notice allowing 7 days for payment.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumers may refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijakaitseamet.ee).
8. Personal Data
Processing of personal data is governed by WorkVibe Privacy Policy: workvibe.ee/privaatsus.
9. Changes
WorkVibe reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available at workvibe.ee/tingimused.

All content on this website is the property of WorkVibe and protected by copyright.
