House Rules

1. General Principles
WorkVibe House Rules are mandatory for all users of WorkVibe services, including their employees, clients and visitors present in the WorkVibe premises at Rüütli 23 or on the grounds of the building.
The service user is jointly and severally liable for the conduct of persons associated with them and for any damage caused to WorkVibe or third parties.
2. Premises and Access
WorkVibe provides access to workspaces, offices and meeting rooms at Rüütli 23, Pärnu (1st floor).
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, unless otherwise agreed.
- Subject to the applicable service, the premises are accessible 24/7.
- Access is provided via an electronic access control system (code, mobile app, etc.).
Access credentials must not be shared with third parties. Unauthorised sharing will result in immediate deactivation.
3. Use of Premises
- The premises may only be used for work, meetings and training activities.
- The kitchen area is intended for preparing food, eating and small informal meetings.
- Noise-generating activities are permitted only with prior written agreement.
- Events and non-standard uses must be agreed with WorkVibe in advance.
- Outside standard hours, the premises may only be used for work purposes.
4. Meeting Rooms and Appointments
- Meeting rooms are used in accordance with bookings.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the booking will be considered cancelled.
- Please cancel unneeded bookings as soon as possible.
- Meeting room access is valid for up to five (5) persons.
- Visitors must not be left in the premises without the service user present.
5. Conduct and Order
- Please be considerate of other users and avoid disturbing their work.
- Please use meeting rooms or the phone booth for phone and video calls.
- Please tidy your workspace and shared areas after use.
- Please remove outdoor footwear before entering the premises.
- Please wash dirty dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
6. Events and Special Use
- Organising events or larger meetings (more than 5 participants) requires prior written agreement.
- Number of participants, duration, noise, catering and room setup must be agreed in advance.
- Use of the premises as a registered company address requires a separate agreement.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in its immediate vicinity.
- Alcohol may only be consumed in exceptional cases with prior written agreement.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is prohibited.
- Pets are permitted only with prior written agreement.
- Taking photos or videos of other users without their consent is prohibited.
8. Internet and Equipment
- WorkVibe provides separate WiFi networks for service users and guests.
- Use of internet and technical equipment is at the user's own risk.
- Illegal use of the internet is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
9. Property and Liability
- WorkVibe property must be used with care and for its intended purpose.
- The service user must compensate WorkVibe or third parties for any damage caused.
- Moving furniture, installing signs, or making changes to the premises requires prior written consent.
- WorkVibe is not liable for the loss or damage of users' personal belongings.
10. Safety and Fire Safety
- The last person to leave must ensure lights are off and doors and windows are closed.
- Evacuation routes must remain clear at all times.
- In case of fire or emergency, immediately leave the building using the main entrance or kitchen door.
- A fire extinguisher is located on the focal wall to the left of the kitchen door.
- In an emergency, call 112.

- First aid kit is located on the focal wall next to the kitchen door.
11. Violations and Changes
WorkVibe reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in the event of a violation.
Minor first-time violations will result in a written warning. Repeat or serious violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund.
WorkVibe reserves the right to amend these House Rules, giving users at least 7 days' notice by email.
